Job summary

QA Ltd is seeking a Strategic Service Lead to own end-to-end client relationships and ensure successful delivery of learning solutions. You will lead a high-performing Service Delivery team, drive continuous improvement, and manage contractual obligations and KPIs.

The role emphasises stakeholder engagement, commercial awareness, and operational leadership to grow programme value and customer satisfaction. Strong governance, and a focus on profitability and liaison with CRDs and Sales are

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering learning programmes.
• Experience in highly client-centric environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with CRDs and Sales to scope new programmes and services.
• Be the prime service contact and drive service excellence across programmes.
• Own and manage service issues end-to-end with key stakeholders to minimise risk.
• Collaborate with Delivery and Ops teams to drive quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Define and own a Service Improvement Plan for each client.
