Job summary

Metropolitan Police seeks a Learning Delivery Operations Lead to provide strategic leadership for learning resources, facilities and systems, ensuring delivery of high-quality development programmes across the organisation.

The role reports to the Deputy Director for Learning Delivery and sits on the Learning Delivery Senior Leadership Team, driving efficiency, resilience and risk management in learning operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading operational services or learning delivery in a large organisation.
• Experience developing governance, assurance and performance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Learning Operations and resources in line with organisational priorities.
• Oversee governance, performance, assurance and risk management across Learning Delivery.
• Lead planning and deployment of instructors, facilities and equipment.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and business continuity for learning activities.
• Present MI to senior leaders and advise on strategic decisions.
