• Proven experience in learning with strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead Capability Needs Assessment and translate insights into outcome-driven learning strategies.
• Design Learning Journeys & Roadmaps to maximise engagement and business impact.
• Align Strategy with Customer Objectives, ensuring learning solutions meet project intent and commercial goals.
• Oversee Content Development & Quality across digital, live, and blended formats with direction to writers.
• Drive Delivery & Facilitation Excellence via train-the-trainer approaches for strong learner adoption.
• Support Pitch & Proposal Activity with BD leads to shape compelling, customer-focused solutions.
• Identify Customer Needs & Opportunities to inform solution direction.
• Collaborate Across Teams with Solution Design, Delivery, and senior stakeholders to align outcomes.
