Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a Learning Strategy Consultant, French Speaking to oversee and develop training content for Learning Solutions in pharmaceutical customers. You will implement solutions designed by the Solution Design team and guide writers, aligning with customer needs and project goals.

This role emphasizes customer relationship management and project execution, with potential for business development activity and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical/biotech training experience required.
• High-level PowerPoint and writing skills with instructional design understanding.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects.
• Customer-focused; dedicated to meeting customer needs.
• Ability to travel 10% domestically.
• Fluency in English and French required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees development and/or creates engaging and effective training content that can be delivered via multiple modalities (e.g., distance-learning e-modules, e-zines, live training, communication and sustainability tools)
• Oversees or develops live training logistical and preparation support, including scheduling assistance, printing guides, and facilities requirements
• Works closely with Business Development provide recommendations for future opportunities throughout the project
• Assists in developing and maintaining role-specific training programs/curricular
• As required, serves as a facilitator and/or conducts facilitator training for all developed content
