Job summary

Syneos Health in London is seeking a Learning Strategy Consultant, French Speaking, to oversee and develop engaging training content for pharmaceutical clients, coordinating with the Solution Design team and client stakeholders.

You will lead content development, facilitate sessions when needed, and ensure delivery across modalities, with travel up to 10% and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Experience in training within pharma/biotech or healthcare is essential.
• Fluency in English and French is essential.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and/or create engaging training content for multiple modalities (e-learning, live training, materials).
• Coordinate training logistics and preparation support, including schedules and facilities.
• Collaborate with Business Development to identify future opportunities.
• Develop and maintain role-specific training programs and curricula.
• Serve as a facilitator or conduct facilitator training for content.
