• Manages live training logistics and preparation support, including scheduling, guides, and facilities needs.
• Supports Business Development with recommendations for future opportunities during the project.
• Develops and maintains role-specific training programs and curricula (Leadership Development, Account Manager Training, etc.).
• Acts as a facilitator or conducts facilitator training for content as required.
