Job summary

QA Limited is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist to shape the next generation of product professionals. The role blends expert facilitation with deep product knowledge and practical AI experience to deliver hands-on learning across hybrid London/home-based contexts.

You will help learners apply modern product practices, prioritise roadmaps, measure outcomes and coach throughout the learning journey. A strong background in product management/ownership, discovery, UX or business analysis is

Qualifications

Significant hands-on product experience across PM/PO/Discovery/UX/BA roles.
Deep understanding of the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery environments.
Proven ability to facilitate learning, workshops or coaching for adults.
Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality product learning programmes across virtual, classroom and client-site environments.
Create engaging, hands-on learning with activities, simulations and real-world scenarios.
Teach discovery, design, prioritisation, roadmapping, delivery and product metrics.
Provide learner support, coaching and post-course guidance.
