Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Learning Disability Services Manager (Band 8a) to provide clinical and operational leadership across specialist community services in Greater Manchester.

The post holder leads service transformation, ensures safe, person-centred care and robust governance, and works with commissioners, local authorities and partners to improve outcomes and cost-effectiveness.

Competenze

• Senior leadership experience in learning disability services or healthcare settings.
• Experience with governance, safeguarding, and CQC requirements.
• Strong track record in strategic development and service transformation.

Mansioni

• Lead service transformation and integration across community learning disability services.
• Provide professional, clinical and managerial leadership to senior staff and multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee planning, development, delivery and performance management within budgets and resources.
• Ensure robust clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Manage workforce planning, staff wellbeing, appraisals and effective communication with partners.
