Job summary

Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust in Greater Manchester is seeking a Community Learning Disability Services Manager (Band 8a) to provide clinical and operational leadership for specialist community learning disability services, including the Bury team.

The post holder will act as a senior leader within the Learning Disability Directorate, driving strategic development, service transformation and continuous quality improvement in line with Trust priorities and national policy.

Qualifications

• Senior leader with experience in Learning Disability services
• Experience with service transformation and quality improvement

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, delivery and performance management of community learning disability services.
• Establish robust clinical governance, safeguarding, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Drive service transformation, integration and voice of people with learning disabilities in design.
• Oversee financial management, borough budgets, efficiency plans and redesign.
• Provide professional, clinical and managerial leadership to senior staff and multidisciplinary teams.
• Work with commissioners, local authorities and system stakeholders.
