Job summary

Creative Support is seeking a capable manager to oversee nine learning disability support services in Chorley and Wigan. You will work with the Registered Manager to lead a motivated team, ensuring person-centred care and high standards of service delivery.

The role requires extensive experience in social care management, with NVQ level 3 desirable. You will promote community connection and deliver service improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge of working in the social care sector supporting people with learning disabilities.
• Extensive staff and service management experience is essential.
• NVQ level 3 or equivalent is desirable.
• Person-centred approach and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for delivery of bespoke services under the Registered Manager.
• Coordinate services tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain records such as service user records, rotas, and timesheets.
• Manage and supervise a team of Support Workers and Senior staff.
• Provide written feedback to your line manager.
