Job summary

Creative Support is recruiting a caring, dynamic and highly motivated manager to oversee nine learning disability support services in Chorley and Wigan. You will work alongside the Registered Manager to maintain an overview of the services and lead a team of dedicated support workers to deliver person-centred care.

The role requires extensive social care experience, with a proven track record in managing services for people with learning disabilities, safeguarding and improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in managing learning disability care services.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of social care regulation and safeguarding.
