Job summary

CareTech Community Services Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Service Manager (Complex Needs) to provide operational and strategic leadership across Adults North services. You will oversee multi‑site complex care provision for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs across Greater Manchester, Yorkshire and North Wales.

The role requires strong clinical governance, people leadership and a track record of driving quality improvements, safeguarding and regulatory

Qualifications

Experience as a CQC Registered Manager.
Multi-site management experience in complex needs services.
Strong knowledge of person-centred, trauma-informed practice.
Experience with safeguarding, inspections and statutory authorities.
Financial and people management experience.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support multiple supported living services.
Lead service development, start-ups and transitions in partnership with Locality and New Business teams.
Ensure services meet or exceed CQC and regulatory standards.
Coach, mentor and develop Registered Managers, Service Managers and frontline teams.
Build strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities and professionals.
Manage budgets, risks, quality assurance and continuous service improvement.
Contribute to regional Senior Management Team discussions.
Lead or support complex HR investigations when required.
