Job summary

Rotherham Doncaster and South Humber NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Manager (NHS AfC Band 8a) to lead the Learning Disabilities and Forensics Directorate across Doncaster, Rotherham and North Lincolnshire. Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Post-qualification specialist training in relevant subject.
• Experience as a manager in a care setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of designated clinical services and monitor patient outcomes, metrics and targets.
• Ensure the Trust’s strategy is implemented locally and standards of safety are maintained.
• Lead and develop multi-disciplinary teams across the portfolio to deliver high-quality patient care.
