Qualifications

• Deep expertise in financial crime screening, including sanctions and PEP screening.
• Proven track record shaping strategy, roadmaps and capability development.
• Strong strategic leadership and influencing skills across senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate external developments into clear capability requirements and delivery briefs.

Responsibilities

• Define future screening strategy and capability roadmap for end-to-end process.
• Balance financial crime risk, customer experience, operational effectiveness and cost.
• Define analytics, artificial intelligence and automation directions for screening.
• Set the target operating model and capability standards for the future.
• Align with senior leaders across payments, technology, risk and operations.
• Translate strategy into delivery briefs with defined outcomes and measures.
