Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an Optimisation Delivery Manager in the UK. You will lead complex change initiatives within Consumer Financial Crime, guiding mobilisation through to BAU, coordinating across operations, platforms and technology, and tracking benefits.

Strong experience in financial crime operations and risk controls is essential for delivering compliant, effective change. The role emphasizes strategic delivery, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• End-to-end project delivery experience across complex programmes or initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Knowledge of Financial Crime, AML, KYC, sanctions or related regulative contexts.
• Ability to assess operational, customer, risk and control impacts and solve delivery challenges.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to provide clear updates to senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent change initiatives from mobilisation to implementation and transition into BAU.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, budgets, resources and delivery roadmaps.
• Manage governance, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies against standards.
• Coordinate delivery across operational, business, platform and technology teams; drive decisions and resolve issues.
• Lead project meetings, working groups and forums; provide status reporting and executive updates.
• Ensure readiness for go-live and post-implementation support; monitor benefits and delivery outcomes.
