Lloyds Banking Group in Edinburgh, Birmingham or Glasgow is seeking a Senior Manager, Governance and Reporting to lead high‑level risk reporting and governance for senior executives and the Board. You will turn complex information into clear insight, oversee governance processes and build strong relationships with Risk and business teams.

The role blends leadership with hands‑on analysis and opportunities to enhance reporting via data and AI.

Qualifications

• Extensive risk management experience across first and/or second line in financial services.
• Significant experience producing Executive or Board reporting with concise insights.
• Experience engaging with senior leaders and providing constructive challenge.
• Strong data interpretation skills to identify meaningful insights for decision-making.
• People leadership experience and capability development within a team.
• Understanding of AI and technology to improve reporting processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead high‑profile reporting for senior leaders and governance forums.
• Provide clear insight, advice and constructive challenge to support decisions.
• Oversee governance processes for effective oversight of the control environment.
• Develop and mentor the team, setting high standards for accuracy and delivery.
• Drive improvements in reporting through data, analytics, automation and AI.
