Lloyds Banking Group is recruiting a Senior Manager in Financial Crime Business Optimisation in the UK. The role leads a team embedding Financial Crime requirements across business, product, operational and technology change, guiding governance and prioritising resources for safe, sustainable growth.

One will work across Consumer & Connected Finance, shaping governance, data insight and AI-enabled change, while deputising for the Head of Financial Crime Optimisation when required.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of financial crime risk and controls, able to translate policy and regulatory requirements into practical change requirements.
• Experience managing complex business or regulatory change from impact assessment to embedding.
• Strong risk judgment and ability to navigate complex, uncertain, or contested situations.
• Experience building relationships across business, risk, change and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of subject matter experts, setting clear priorities and allocating resources according to risk.
• Represent Financial Crime across business-led change, translating policy into practical solutions.
• Guide Financial Crime change across roadmaps, resolving barriers and influencing priorities.
• Provide expert advice on complex Financial Crime, risk, controls and change matters.
