Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Manager in Financial Crime Business Optimisation to lead a team embedding Financial Crime requirements across business, product, and technology change. You will translate complex risk and policy into practical controls, prioritise resources by risk, and deputise for the Head of Financial Crime Optimisation when required.

Qualifications

• Understand financial crime risk and translate policy into practical change requirements.
• Experience managing complex regulatory change programs from impact assessment to embedding.
• Strong risk judgement and ability to navigate complex, uncertain or contested positions.
• Experience building relationships across business, risk, change and technology teams.
• Ability to manage a broad portfolio and prioritise resources by risk and value.
• Transform complex information into clear governance updates and executive narratives.
• Proven track record leading teams, mentoring, and fostering an inclusive environment.
• Comfort working with data and MI to identify patterns and inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of experts, setting priorities by risk.
• Represent Financial Crime in cross-business change and define requirements.
• Guide change across roadmaps, resolve barriers and influence delivery priorities.
• Provide expert advice on complex Financial Crime and governance matters.
• Lead governance to ensure material change is visible and appropriately prioritized.
• Drive process simplification, stronger controls and better operational resilience.
• Use data to inform prioritisation and demonstrate impact of change.
• Support policy, regulatory and audit actions within the AI-enabled change agenda.
