Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Labour and Employee Relations Advisor to provide high-quality employee relations services across the UK and Ireland. This role involves managing a diverse range of employee relations cases and ensuring legal compliance while fostering positive workplace relationships.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of UK employment law, exceptional communication skills, and a minimum of 3 years' experience in HR advisory roles. The position is onsite and requires travel to various sites.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualified, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in an HR advisory capacity.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volume employee relations casework.
• Support and conduct investigations.
• Provide coaching and advice to managers.
• Maintain accurate case records within HR system.
• Travel across UK sites as needed.
