Job summary

Cytiva is hiring an Labour and Employee Relations Advisor to deliver high‑quality ER support across the UK & Ireland. Based on site at multiple locations including Cardiff, the role requires UK HR expertise and strong coaching skills.

You will manage complex ER cases, conduct investigations, and support managers through disciplinary and grievance processes with a rigorous eye on ACAS guidelines and legal compliance.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or degree in Business/Law, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in an HR advisory capacity.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and the ACAS Code of Practice.
• Experience managing complex employee relations cases and coaching managers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high quality, solutions‑focused employee relations service across the UK & Ireland.
• Support and conduct investigations, review statements and evidence, and produce outcome letters.
• Provide coaching to People Leaders at disciplinary and grievance hearings.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with SLAs and policies.
• Travel ~10‑15% across UK sites to support casework and training.
