The Growth Company is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the Corporate Services team. You will support managers with expert HR guidance across a diverse organisation, handling a busy Employee Relations caseload and driving an excellent employee experience.

We require CIPD qualification (or working towards it) and at least three years of ER advisory experience, with strong employment law knowledge and influencing skills. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in the UK.

Qualifikationen

• CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification) or equivalent experience.
• At least three years' recent experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
• Proven experience managing multiple Employee Relations cases simultaneously (absence, grievance, disciplinary, investigation, performance management).
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Confident influencing and supporting managers at all levels.
• Organised, adaptable, solution-focused, with excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Advising managers on employee relations issues, employment law, policies, and HR best practice.
• Managing a high-volume and varied Employee Relations caseload, including absence management, grievances, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, and capability cases.
• Supporting organisational change projects, including restructures, redeployment, redundancy, and TUPE.
• Coaching managers on performance, attendance, capability, and conflict resolution.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering practical HR solutions.
• Producing HR reports, maintaining records, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
