Responsibilities

• Lead learning and performance development strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify learning needs and design programmes.
• Coach managers on performance, objective setting and development plans.
• Deliver engaging training using face-to-face and digital methods.
• Manage compliance training and maintain records.
• Evaluate impact of L&D activities using data and feedback.
• Support onboarding, career development and leadership development.
• Oversee budgets, resources and relationships with training providers.
