Job summary

G's Group is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to design, deliver, and embed learning solutions. You will work with leaders, HR, and external partners to ensure our people have the skills and opportunities to thrive.

You will balance learning programme design with talent management initiatives, succession planning and strategic development across the business. Strong stakeholder engagement and data-driven reporting are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development.
• Ability to design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes.
• Experience with talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Experience with LMS and e-learning platforms.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Data-driven with ability to measure impact of learning interventions.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs across the business with managers and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and continually improve onboarding, leadership development and technical training.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
• Introduce digital and blended learning methods.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and partners.
• Support talent reviews, succession planning, and critical role planning.
• Contribute to talent pipelines and career development pathways.
• Measure impact, report ROI, and gather feedback for improvement.
• Ensure programmes align with business objectives and compliance.

As Learning & Development Partner, you will design, deliver, and embed learning solutions that support both individual development and organisational success. Working closely with leaders, HR colleagues, and external partners, you'll ensure our people have the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to thrive.

This role combines learning programme design and delivery with talent management, succession planning, and strategic people development initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

Learning & Development

• Identify learning and development needs across the business in partnership with managers and key stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve learning programmes, including:
  • Onboarding
  • Leadership development
  • Professional and technical training
  • Personal effectiveness and soft skills development
• Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations.
• Introduce innovative learning methods, including digital and blended learning solutions.
• Manage relationships with external training providers and learning partners.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and lifelong learning.
• Support the development and delivery of talent management initiatives across the business.
• Partner with HR colleagues and leaders to facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, and critical role planning.
• Help identify and develop future talent pipelines.
• Support career development pathways and employee growth opportunities.
• Contribute to initiatives that improve retention, engagement, and internal progression.
• Measure and evaluate the impact of learning interventions.
• Gather feedback and analyse training data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate the value and return on investment of learning activity through meaningful reporting and insights.
• Ensure learning programmes remain aligned with business objectives and future organisational needs.
• Support the implementation and ongoing development of learning and talent management systems.
• Maintain accurate training records and reporting.
• Ensure learning activities comply with relevant legislation, policies, and industry standards.
• Monitor mandatory and compliance training requirements across the business.

You'll ideally have:

• Proven experience within Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management, or a similar role.
• Experience designing, delivering, and successful learning programmes.
• Knowledge of talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.
• A professional qualification in Learning & Development, HR, Coaching, or a related field would be advantageous.
