Job summary

Blue Eskimo is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to establish and lead organisation-wide learning, development and performance development activity. This hands-on role designs and delivers learning solutions, supports managers with performance development, and aligns learning initiatives with business objectives.

You will work with senior leaders to identify needs, create engaging training programmes and monitor impact through data and feedback, embedding a strong performance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Learning & Development or a closely related role.
• Experience designing and delivering engaging learning programmes.
• CIPD Level 5 or above or equivalent qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's learning and performance development strategy in line with business objectives.
• Coach and support managers to set meaningful objectives and conduct regular performance conversations.
• Develop and deliver learning solutions using a mix of face‑to‑face and digital formats.
• Monitor effectiveness through data and feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
