Job summary

Redshore, a global manufacturer of machinery for the food and pharmaceutical industries, invites applications for a Key Account Manager. Based in the Hampshire/Surrey region, you will develop strategic account plans and lead negotiations with high-value customers to achieve revenue and long-term profitability.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, engineering and service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience, manage risks, and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-value accounts in machinery manufacturing or similar.
• Experience selling into FMCG or pharma would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Understand customer needs and influence innovation and CI activities.
• Analyze client data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead negotiations with key accounts and secure favourable terms.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, product development, engineering and service teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
