Job summary

Redshore, a leading global manufacturer of machinery for the food and pharmaceutical industries, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic account plans across the South West of England.

You will visit sites, build proposals, maintain pricing, manage CRM, and work with Aftermarket to maximise contract revenue. A basic salary of £50,000-£55,000 plus excellent OTE, car, pension and life assurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience selling capital equipment or complex machinery.
• Knowledge of food and pharmaceutical industries a plus.
• Proven ability to develop and win new business in a regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet revenue targets.
• Visit customer sites to assess requirements and propose solutions.
• Prepare customer proposals and win business in line with strategy.
• Promote service offerings and maximise contract revenue with Aftermarket.
• Maintain pricing levels and accurate CRM data.
