Neara is seeking a Director, Key Accounts to lead growth across European utilities accounts. This hands-on leadership role combines personal account execution with coaching to a customer-facing team.

You will shape account strategy, expand business opportunities, and drive multi-year contracts with large utilities. The position requires a consultative mindset, strong communication, and a track record of commercial execution in complex environments.

Formación

• Demonstrated history of managing and expanding enterprise accounts in complex technical/SaaS environments.
• Strong strategic selling and executive engagement capabilities.
• Experience mentoring Account Managers and Customer Success teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic European accounts.
• Develop and deliver expansion plans to meet revenue metrics and goals.
• Coach the team on account strategy, executive engagement, and multi-year contracts.
