• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM or service management systems.
• Customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all administrative activities for assigned key accounts.
• Maintain accurate client records and compliance files.
• Update client portals with reports, KPIs, visit documentation, and service information.
• Prepare reports and supporting documentation for client reviews and meetings.
• Schedule routine, reactive, and project-based service visits.
• Manage client requests, access arrangements, and urgent service requirements.
• Monitor service delivery and follow up on outstanding actions.
• Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding ongoing works.
• Liaise with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing account feedback and service insights.
