Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a 3pm finish every other Friday

As a Key Account Coordinator, you will support the National Key Account Managers by providing excellent customer service and coordinating orders, stock, promotions and new product launches.
This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, able to multitask and confident building relationships with customers and internal teams.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, including stock allocation, orders and promotional payments.
Monitor stock levels, customer orders and forecasts, highlighting any issues.
Coordinate new product and range launches, including PIM data, product set-up forms and customer web information.
Monitor launch critical paths and communicate any delays to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate product samples and customer sign-off.
Liaise with customers, National Account Managers, Procurement, Accounts and Despatch teams.
Provide general sales support and account coordination to help achieve business targets.
Minimum 1 year's experience in an office-based Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Administration or Account Coordination role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Good relationship-building skills.
Computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Full UK driving licence.
