Job summary

Mpeople Recruitment North West is recruiting for a Key Account Coordinator based in Droylsden, Manchester (M43). You will support National Key Account Managers by coordinating orders, stock, promotions and new product launches, ensuring excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of office-based customer service or sales support experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience in an office-based Customer Service, Sales Support, Sales Administration or Account Coordination role.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Good relationship-building skills.
• Computer literate, with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional campaigns, including stock allocation, orders and promotional payments.
• Monitor stock levels, customer orders and forecasts, highlighting any issues.
• Coordinate new product and range launches, including PIM data and customer web information.
• Monitor launch critical paths and communicate delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate product samples and customer sign-off.
• Liaise with customers, National Account Managers, Procurement, Accounts and Despatch teams.
• Provide general sales support and account coordination to help achieve business targets.

Mpeople Recruitment are recruiting for a Key Account Coordinator to join our client based in Droylsden, Manchester (M43).

Package

• Salary: upto £30,000
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, with a 3pm finish every other Friday
• Location: Droylsden, Manchester (M43)

As a Key Account Coordinator, you will support the National Key Account Managers by providing excellent customer service and coordinating orders, stock, promotions and new product launches.

This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is highly organised, able to multitask and confident building relationships with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional campaigns, including stock allocation, orders and promotional payments.
• Monitor stock levels, customer orders and forecasts, highlighting any issues.
• Coordinate new product and range launches, including PIM data, product set-up forms and customer web information.
• Monitor launch critical paths and communicate any delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate product samples and customer sign-off.
