Job summary

Greencore, a leading UK food producer, seeks a Sales Controller for Tesco in Spalding on a 12-month FTC. You will lead a sales team to deliver targeted growth, manage the customer relationship, and collaborate with Marketing and Portfolio teams to maximise value for Greencore.

The role requires proven commercial expertise in a FTSE business, strong leadership, and a track record of developing teams. A dynamic, fast-moving environment with cross-functional collaboration awaits.

Qualifications

Experience in Commercial/Sales within a FTSE environment.
Proven leadership across multi-site teams.
Track record of developing individuals and teams to improve performance.
FMCG operational understanding with experience in Category management, NPD and Marketing.
Strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the sales team to deliver targeted, profitable sales growth for Tesco.
Own the customer relationship on behalf of Greencore and engage with portfolio management, category and marketing teams to develop plans.
Provide accurate sales forecasts to planning processes and communicate risks/opportunities.
