Job summary

Greencore Group plc in Spalding is seeking a Sales Controller to lead and develop a dedicated sales team to deliver targeted, profitable growth for our valued customer Tesco.

You will own the customer relationship on behalf of Greencore, work with portfolio management, category and marketing teams to develop annual and long-term plans, and provide accurate forecasts to enable informed decisions that maximise value.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial/sales leadership in a FTSE-style business.
• Leadership across large, multi-site operations.
• Track record of developing individuals and teams.
• Cross-functional experience with Category management, NPD and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a sales team to deliver targeted growth for Tesco.
• Own the customer relationship and negotiate commercial terms.
• Forecast sales accurately and inform planning with risk/opportunity context.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Portfolio peers to shape sales strategy.
• Support sustainability and inclusion initiatives within the team.
