Job summary

FBC UK is seeking a Business Unit Controller to drive sustainable, consumer-centric category growth for Tesco Group customers. You will build mutually beneficial annual agreements, lead a cross-functional team, and ensure omnichannel execution excellence with a focus on shopper impact.

You will manage the Tesco Group team of six and partner with central teams to deliver strong forecasting, pricing and negotiation outcomes, while developing senior customer relationships and actionable performance

Qualifications

• Evidence of delivering strong customer partnerships driving growth.
• Experience in senior stakeholder management.
• Experience with Tesco is desirable.
• Natural leader who can inspire and challenge the status quo.
• Experience in central commercial functions: category, planning, NRM/RGM, shopper.
• Strong interpersonal skills and numeracy.
• Experience in food and snacking advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage Tesco Group team of 6 and lead a cross-functional sales team with central Support for growth.
• Build resilient customer relationships at a senior level for multi-year planning with Tesco Group.
• Lead forecasting and reporting across Tesco Group and communicate key KPIs to drive performance.
• Take responsibility for pricing and terms negotiations, including multi-year JBP and tender processes for Retailer Brand.
