Job summary

Omega, a highly specialised manufacturing business, is seeking an ambitious Account Manager to join the Sales Team. You will lead strategic key accounts and drive new business development through a relationship-led, value-based approach.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will provide technical support, negotiate terms, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet operational and strategic objectives. International travel will be part of the role, engaging a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Industry B2B sales experience essential (engineering or manufacturing).
• Good communication to enable effective relationships with a diverse range of customers.
• Previous experience of international travel visiting clients.
• Examples of customer relationships that have been successful.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers (application engineering solutions).
• Cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
• Management of OEM accounts.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
