Job summary

omega signs is seeking a Project Manager in Internal Sales to own all operational aspects of nominated customer accounts, ensuring quality product, installation, service and timely delivery. You will be the main customer contact and coordinate subcontractors, production and installation to deliver profitable contracts.

This role requires strong communication, organisational and ERP experience, with a focus on meeting customer needs and driving on-time, on-budget project delivery within a busy

Responsibilities

• Be the key point of contact for customers and identify requirements.
• Coordinate orders with subcontractors, Omega in house production and installation.
• Ensure each contract is run profitably and efficiently.
• Attend client meetings to discuss requirements and conduct surveys as necessary.
• Ensure orders are processed through the ERP system and invoiced accurately and on time.
• Monitor and report on customer activity to senior personnel.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver an unrivalled service.
