ENER-J SMART is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager for electrical wholesale, based in Northampton. You will manage a portfolio of allocated accounts, develop relationships with buyers and branch managers, and actively create sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.

Competenze

• Experience in electrical wholesale, electrical distribution, lighting or electrical manufacturing.
• Experience in internal sales, account management, business development, or key account management in electrical/trade sector.
• Understanding of UK electrical wholesale operations and interactions with wholesalers, branches, buyers or contractors.

Mansioni

• Manage and grow allocated electrical wholesale accounts.
• Make proactive outbound calls to customers and prospects.
• Build relationships with buyers, branch managers and key decision makers.
• Identify opportunities to increase product range, stock profiles and branch penetration.
• Introduce new products, promotions and commercial offers.
• Follow up quotations, proposals and sales opportunities.
• Monitor purchasing patterns and identify opportunities for account growth.
• Reactivate dormant and lower-volume customers.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, product, warehouse and management teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and work towards agreed sales targets.
