Job summary

JAB Electrical Wholesale in Sheffield is seeking an Account Manager to join our close-knit team. This branch-based role focuses on looking after existing trade customers, processing orders, and delivering excellent service. You will also reach out to new businesses to grow our customer base.

You’ll be a key part of the day-to-day running of our wholesale branch, combining account management with opportunities to develop new business and build lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical wholesale or strong electrical industry background is essential.
• Experience in account management, trade counter or B2B sales is desirable.
• Good knowledge of electrical products and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Managing existing customer accounts and building lasting relationships.
• Taking enquiries, preparing quotes and processing customer orders.
• Advising customers on electrical products and their requirements.
• Supporting the trade counter and general branch operations.
• Following up on enquiries and identifying further sales opportunities.
• Contacting potential customers to generate new business.
• Working closely with the team to keep the branch running smoothly.
