XMA is seeking a Senior Services Sales Specialist in Reading to identify, shape and win strategic IT and Managed Services opportunities. You will own a pipeline, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and lead services sales from discovery through tender and close, collaborating with technical teams to craft compelling propositions.

Ideal candidates will have UK experience selling IT/Managed Services, a track record in strategic bids, and strong commercial understanding.

Qualificações

• Proven experience selling IT Services / Managed Services in the UK.
• Experience with strategic tenders and bids, including bid writing.
• Experience with Public Sector frameworks, Local Government or corporate customers.
• Strong understanding of services profitability, risk and pricing.
• Experience working for an MSP or IT services business.
• Ability to engage with senior and C-suite stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a pipeline of large, strategic services opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities across Managed Services, Service Desk, DMaaS and Digital Workplace.
• Shape propositions and lead tenders through to close.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Solution Architects and Delivery teams.
• Lead bid responses, clarifications and negotiations.
• Ensure opportunities are commercially viable with clear win themes.
