FBC UK is seeking an IT Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our strategic technology and business change initiatives, ensuring projects are on time, within budget and delivering measurable value for the business.

You will act as the primary interface between business teams, IT, external partners and Ferrero, driving governance, alignment and successful adoption of change to realise benefits across the organisation.

Formación

• Experience leading large technology programmes and complex delivery
• Strong governance, reporting and stakeholder management
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of strategic technology projects and programmes across the portfolio
• Own programme governance, RAID, status reporting and executive updates
• Coordinate Ferrero-led initiatives across UK with local resources and timelines
• Drive business change, training readiness and adoption into business-as-usual
• Identify, track and escalate risks, issues and dependencies to protect delivery
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across business, IT and Ferrero teams
• Ensure benefits realisation and measurable business value from technology investments
• Develop mature project management practices and templates with Ferrero
