FBC UK is seeking an IT Programme Manager to lead the delivery of its strategic technology and business change initiatives. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required standards while delivering measurable business value.

The position acts as a key liaison between business teams, IT, Ferrero, and external partners to ensure alignment, governance, and successful adoption of change across the UK.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of large, cross-functional technology projects and programmes.
• Establish and maintain governance across the portfolio, including plans, RAID, and executive updates.
• Coordinate Ferrero-led initiatives with local FBC teams to ensure timely UK delivery.
• Drive change management, communications, training, and transition to business-as-usual.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, dependencies and blockers.
• Align resources across business, IT, and external partners to ensure clear ownership.
• Define and measure benefits to ensure technology investments improve reporting and performance.
• Develop repeatable project management practices across the organisation.
