Job summary

Financial Times is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology and business transformation programmes across Product and Technology. You’ll oversee end-to-end delivery, bring together multiple workstreams, suppliers and stakeholders, and ensure programmes are governed and aligned to strategic goals.

• Significant experience leading large-scale technology or business transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple related projects and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Strong governance, planning and financial management skills.
• Experience delivering in Agile, hybrid and traditional environments.
• Commercial awareness including business case development and benefits realisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology and business transformation programmes from mobilisation to adoption and benefits realisation.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans across multiple workstreams and vendors.
• Establish governance, reporting and decision-making processes to support delivery.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance to align with objectives.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure and Security teams on dependencies and risks.
• Oversee third-party suppliers, systems integrators and SLAs to ensure milestones are met.
