Job summary

Cornerstone in the United Kingdom is seeking a senior programme delivery professional to own end-to-end delivery of complex telecoms infrastructure projects. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, manage cross-functional teams, and report to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant senior-level programme delivery experience within telecoms or regulated environments.
• Experience leading large, complex programmes with changing priorities.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with budget/forecasting ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own major programme delivery end-to-end with clear scope, milestones and outcomes.
• Turn strategy into action with robust programme plans translating priorities into delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams and build relationships across customers, suppliers, internal teams and executives.
• Provide concise updates and recommendations to executive stakeholders, including CEO/Board-level reporting.
• Own programme P&L, forecasting and cost control in collaboration with Finance and Commercial teams.
• Manage risks, actions, issues and dependencies to prevent delivery impact.
• Oversee resource forecasting, deployment and supplier performance.
• Drive a high-performance culture with regular performance reviews and continuous improvement.
• Deliver within contractual, regulatory, health, safety and information security requirements.
