Job summary

• Strong governance, PMO practices, and financial management insight.
• Proven ability to manage risk, dependencies and ambiguity at portfolio level.
• Stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and cross-functional alignment.
• Leadership of managers, building high-performing teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale IT programmes and change delivery on multi-year horizons.
• Governance, PMO, portfolio prioritisation and benefits realisation.
• Identify and manage delivery risks, dependencies and priorities.
• Engage stakeholders across IT, business functions and external partners.
• Direct externally managed service providers and drive supplier performance.
• Champion continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies.
