BCT Resourcing is seeking an IT Project Manager for London with remote options. You will plan and deliver IT programmes, monitor progress, and ensure governance, timescales and budgets are met.

The role requires strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and experience negotiating with suppliers. You will lead a small cross-functional team and shape the Change Function within the Change Management Team.

Qualifikationen

• Significant experience delivering progressive information technology change.
• Ability to discuss design, development and testing with tech resources and suppliers.
• Strong change management and leadership skills.
• Experience running senior stakeholder meetings and workshops.
• Background in financial services is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Planning and designing IT programmes and projects, and proactively monitoring progress.
• Delivering IT projects within governance, timescales, scope and budget.
• Tracking, prioritising and resolving issues and managing risks.
• Budget and resource forecasting and management for each project.
• Defining the governance structure for each project.
• Managing third party deliverables and relationships.
• Providing timely reports to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead a small team of project managers, business analysts and product owners.
• Lead on areas contributing to development of the Change Function within the Change Management Team.
