Job summary

BSI is seeking a Programme Lead to translate Sponsor vision into a coherent programme design and delivery plan. You will lead end-to-end delivery of a strategic change programme, coordinating across workstreams, governance bodies and delivery partners to ensure successful transition to business-as-usual operations.

The role requires proven experience delivering large-scale transformations, strong stakeholder management and an ability to align benefits with programme plans.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large, complex business transformations end-to-end.
• Proven track record across multiple workstreams and geographies.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into coherent programme designs and investment cases.
• Experience establishing and operating programme governance, stage gates and change control.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end programme delivery approach and integrated plan, including milestones and cross-programme alignment.
• Direct and coordinate internal teams and delivery partners to achieve outputs and milestones.
• Manage third party / partner performance against deliverables and milestones.
• Maintain design and architecture governance and escalate material deviations to decision forums.
• Ensure readiness for tranche progression, cutover and transition to BAU with clear ownership.
• Lead and develop cross-functional programme teams and manage capability and capacity.
