Toyota Financial Services is seeking an IT Finance & Projects Specialist to manage procurement, financial and project governance for the IT department. The role combines technical IT insight with financial and project coordination using robust processes.

You will own administration across Procurement, Financial and Projects, work with suppliers, and secure appropriate approvals under policy. Hybrid working is offered, with emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Technical IT background is beneficial.
• Finance literacy with budget and Opex/Capex understanding.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities and ability to explain complex concepts.
• Experience in Licence Management and Supplier Management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure procurement, financial and project governance in IT is structured and controlled.
• Maintain portfolio and project records, templates, documentation and reporting.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor supplier services.
• Obtain approvals based on policies and procedures.
