Toyota Financial Services UK is seeking a Tax & Finance Projects Accountant to join our Finance team, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist tax expertise while contributing to a range of business-critical projects.

This role would suit an individual with tax experience who wants to broaden their knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment, working with the Tax Manager to ensure compliance across UK subsidiaries and group entities.

Qualificações

• Experience of VAT and VAT returns.
• Understanding partial exemption requirements.
• Knowledge of Corporation Tax and tax accounting.
• Experience in corporate and deferred tax accounting.
• Familiarity with Alphatax and tax compliance/advisory work.
• Excel at intermediate/advanced level.

Responsabilidades

• Support Tax Manager on taxation for UK subsidiaries.
• Produce IFRS Tax Accounts for current and deferred CT.
• Prepare Corporation Tax numbers for UK reporting and CONETs to Japan.
• Prepare and submit yearly CT Return to HMRC.
• Liaise with external advisors for BEPS and transfer pricing.
• Assist PSA, SAO compliance, and VAT returns.
• Set up tax processes for new entities with Tax Manager.
• Project/work in Conets and treasury accounting.
• Maintain tax procedures and general duties as required.
