Job summary

SCG Connected is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant in the United Kingdom to support customers and prospects by delivering tailored Managed IT and Cybersecurity solutions addressing business challenges and compliance needs.

You will act as a trusted advisor, leverage deep technical understanding and market insight to drive revenue growth and support the delivery of secure, scalable IT environments.

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding of Managed IT and cybersecurity solutions.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to design solutions based on requirements and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Technical Consultation – Both internal and external (customer facing) technical consultation
• Solution Design – Solution design based on customer requirements, constraints, feasibility and budgets.
• Market and Product Feedback – Internal feedback on competitor solutions and pricing in the market.
• Product Demonstrations and Presentations - Ability to present and demonstrate the company products, services and solutions.
• Commercial Proposal – Create a commercial proposition for the solution, tailored to the customer.
