Job summary

Axia Beauty is seeking a highly analytical Supply and Inventory Planning Coordinator to support stock replenishment, inventory control and demand forecasting across UK and European channels, including retail and DTC/eCommerce. You will partner with Planning and Supply teams to ensure product availability while minimising obsolescence and improving efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, comfortable with NetSuite, and able to translate data into actionable recommendations in

Qualifications

• Typically 3–4 years' experience in supply planning, inventory management or replenishment.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, retail, consumer goods or eCommerce environments is advantageous.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups and dashboards.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems; NetSuite is a plus.
• Experience building reports and KPI dashboards from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Analyse stock levels, demand forecasts and lead times to identify replenishment needs.
• Develop and maintain replenishment models and trackers using NetSuite and Excel.
• Monitor stock cover and safety stock, minimising excess while ensuring availability.
• Provide data-driven replenishment recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Support stock planning for launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales to align plans.
• Monitor inventory performance and investigate discrepancies between systems.
• Build Excel-based reports, dashboards and KPI trackers.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and planning processes.
