Job summary

Wax Lyrical is seeking a highly organised Demand & Supply Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on forecasting demand, optimising stock levels and supporting a fast-paced supply chain.

You will lead demand planning across product categories, monitor forecast accuracy, and liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability while minimising excess stock. Proficiency in Netstock and ERP systems will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, inventory management, or purchasing.
• Experience using forecasting, ERP or inventory planning systems (Netstock experience would be advantageous).
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the demand planning process across all product categories, ensuring sales forecasts are reflected in supply and inventory plans.
• Maintain and monitor demand planning processes within Netstock, ensuring data is up to date.
• Translate demand forecasts into inventory and replenishment recommendations to optimise stock availability.
